description: Proposed facade improvement to existing commercial building at M Street and Tuolumne Avenue in Downtown Fresno. The client, GV Urban, required marketing images to pursue tenants for a lunch counter, indoor farmers market and executive suites. The proposed façade improvements played off the fast moving one way traffic on both sides. The truncated metal siding is run horizontal punctuated with signage. The corner would be developed with landscaping and seating serving the lunch counter and market.
